Pilot Career Pro is entertainment software for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is not an aviation navigation product, flight-training authority, or substitute for official charts, procedures, weather, aircraft documentation, or sound pilot judgment.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Jabek LLC (“Jabek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Pilot Career Pro. By creating an account, downloading or using an app, starting a trial, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly through Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Jabek grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the applicable Pilot Career Pro desktop app for your own non-commercial entertainment use. The services and their software, designs, branding, content, and underlying technology remain owned by Jabek or its licensors.
You may not reverse engineer the services except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass entitlement or progression controls, interfere with service security, automate abusive traffic, exploit bugs for improper access, resell account access, or use the services in a way that harms other users or third parties.
4. Free service, Pro, and trials
The Free plan includes the features identified on our current comparison page. Pro provides the paid features shown at purchase and in the app. Feature availability can depend on your simulator edition, aircraft, career progress, internet connectivity, third-party services, and continued account eligibility.
An eligible account may receive a seven-day Pro trial after completing its first mission. The current trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Eligibility is determined by the service and may be limited to one trial per account.
5. Subscription billing and renewal
When you purchase Pro, Stripe displays the price, billing interval, and applicable tax before you confirm payment. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription and automatically renews at the then-current amount shown for your subscription unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize Stripe, our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
You can manage payment details, view invoices, or cancel through the Stripe customer portal opened from your signed-in Pilot Career Pro app. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves Pro available through the end of the paid billing period. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy provides additional details.
6. AI features and AI credits
Pro may include a monthly allowance of AI credits for eligible AI-generated dispatcher audio or related features. AI credits are service-use units, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. Included monthly credits expire at the end of their applicable allowance period. Any previously purchased balance is governed by the terms presented when it was purchased.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Treat it as optional simulator entertainment and planning assistance only. Do not rely on it for real-world flight operations, safety decisions, navigation, weather avoidance, or regulatory compliance.
7. Career data and virtual items
Career XP, credits, aircraft, airline funds, club funds, missions, unlocks, and other in-app items are virtual records used only within Pilot Career Pro. They have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable. We may correct corrupted, duplicated, fraudulent, or technically invalid career state.
8. User content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as feedback text, bug reports, and permitted image attachments. You grant Jabek a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the services. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
9. Third-party services
Pilot Career Pro may interact with Microsoft Flight Simulator, Stripe, Microsoft identity and hosting services, OpenAI, map, weather, airport, and other data providers. Their services and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, data errors, or decisions.
10. Updates, beta features, and availability
Pilot Career Pro may include beta or preview functionality. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product direction. We work to preserve compatible career data, but no online or beta service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time and may request account assistance through Support. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Pro entitlement ends when the related subscription or permitted access period ends.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jabek disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabek and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Jabek for the services during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah County, Utah.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
