Before opening the installer: Microsoft App Installer must be installed and current. The package includes the required .NET runtime, so most users do not need to install .NET separately.

Frequent updates

The app checks its beta installer channel for updates and may require the latest build before opening.

Early software

Features may be incomplete, unstable, or adjusted between builds as testing expands.

Progress changes

Pilot progress may be reset during beta when account, sync, or progression models require it.

Run both apps

Launch Pilot Career Pro beside the matching simulator so SimConnect can report connection and flight state.

Install trouble

If Windows asks which app opens an .appinstaller file, install or update Microsoft App Installer and try again.

Send useful reports

Include the simulator edition, app version, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot when relevant.
